While planning the community, Fran and his team worked closely with D.L. Howell and Associates  and Bello Architects to provide an aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly development that will benefit West Goshen Township and its residents for years to come. 

One of the goals set forth by Fran and his team was to save as many trees as possible throughout the development and plant new ones above and beyond the requirements of the township.
